Trade terms

UK

35% discount on books (unless otherwise stated) and 25% on hymn books. Selected RMEP titles available at 35%, 10% discount on videos and audio cassettes.

International

As above (unless otherwise stated).

Hymn Books

Grants to churches, schools, colleges, hospitals, crematoria etc. are available on introductory or renewal purchases of hymn books. Special terms apply for trade orders involving grants, Contact Us for details and an application form.

Returns

Only accepted by authorisation of the Norwich office provided the original invoice number and date is quoted. Returns will not be accepted less than six months or more than one year after the date of the original invoice. In normal circumstances, credit will only be given for resaleable returns. We reserve the right to impose a handling charge to a maximum of 50% of the value of the returned goods in the event of these conditions not being met.  Returns of dated product and annuals are not accepted.

Imperfect Copies

Please return title page only, marked to show imperfection.

Damage in Transit

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Credit

Facilities are only extended to bona-fide trade customers. Unless otherwise agreed, the following terms apply - 30 days net, UK and Europe; 60 days net, North America & Africa; 90 days net, Rest of World.

Carriage

Carriage charges are applicable to all overseas orders. Quotations will be supplied on request, please contact customer services.
